What does Pending mean on an SMM panel order?

Understand a pending SMM order, average start time, target checks and the details to send Support before placing a duplicate order.

Pending means the recorded order has not reached a confirmed start

Pending is an order state, not a delivery deadline. The order may be awaiting upstream acceptance or the start of processing. The status alone does not prove a particular cause. An average start time describes recorded observations for that service; it is not a countdown for your own order.

Check the exact order before submitting it again

Open Orders and compare the service ID, target, quantity and creation time with what you intended. Confirm the target is still accessible and that any required keywords or custom text were supplied in the correct fields. If the order shows a failure or support message, follow that message rather than assuming every Pending order needs the same fix.

Read average start and completion time separately

Start time runs from creation to a recorded start. Completion time runs from that start to completion. The 24-hour and 7-day figures summarize valid recorded observations, not a promise that all orders finish within those periods. When there is no new usable observation, a previous saved average can remain. A service with no usable data should not be interpreted as instant.

Follow the existing request or support flow

Avoid placing a duplicate order on the same target just to restart a timer: overlapping orders can make progress harder to interpret. Check whether cancellation is available for the exact service and state. If you need help, send your own order reference, describe what is still accessible and explain the issue in private Support. A speed-up request is an enquiry, not a guaranteed priority upgrade.

Frequently asked questions

Can this guide change or cancel an order?

No. Use the eligible request in your account or contact private Support. Reading a guide does not change an order, balance or service setting.

Which service conditions take precedence?

Read the exact current listing, order state and existing Terms of Service. A guide explains common distinctions; it does not add a universal refill, cancellation or delivery guarantee.
