What does Partial mean on an SMM panel order?
Read an order marked Partial: ordered quantity, remaining units, possible balance credit and why a refund is not a refill.
All resources →Partial records an order that did not deliver its full ordered quantity
Read the ordered quantity and remaining quantity in the same order. Remaining units describe the part not recorded as delivered; they are different from the public count you currently see on a social profile or post. Platform counts can also include unrelated activity, corrections and overlapping orders.
Check the recorded balance credit rather than guessing a refund
The system can apply an eligible account-balance credit for the undelivered part according to the order and service rules. Look at the actual order and balance history. Do not estimate an external payment refund from the original deposit or assume that a displayed Partial label means money has already been sent back to a payment method.
A partial-order credit and a refill solve different problems
A partial credit concerns quantity not recorded as delivered in that order. A refill concerns eligible losses after delivery under a service’s specific refill conditions. A non-refill listing does not gain refill eligibility because another listing with a similar name offers it. Check the exact service ID, refill option and applicable period.
Resolve the earlier order before planning a replacement
Keep the target available and check the order’s final recorded state and balance movements. If the remaining quantity or credit is unclear, ask Support with your order reference. If you later order again, use a currently available service and verify its target and quantity rules; a new order is a separate transaction with its own conditions.
Frequently asked questions
Can this guide change or cancel an order?
No. Use the eligible request in your account or contact private Support. Reading a guide does not change an order, balance or service setting.
Which service conditions take precedence?
Read the exact current listing, order state and existing Terms of Service. A guide explains common distinctions; it does not add a universal refill, cancellation or delivery guarantee.
