Use the recorded reason to guide your checks
Check whether the target is correct and publicly accessible where required. Confirm the service supports that profile, post, video or live format, and that the quantity fits its limits. Some listings require additional keywords or supplied text. Services can also become unavailable. Inspect the credit in your own account
An eligible canceled order can have a corresponding account-balance credit under the existing rules. A wallet credit is not the same as a refund to PayPal, cryptocurrency or another external payment method. Compare the recorded order and balance history, and ask Support about any mismatch rather than creating another order immediately.
Correct the requirement before a later order
If the issue was a target format or missing field, review that requirement before trying again. Use the current listing and rate; do not assume a different service ID is a direct replacement. Keep the original order reference when asking Support, and never share platform passwords, API keys or recovery codes.
