Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FollowersssBuy handles information when you use followersssbuy.com. Effective September 29, 2026. Questions or privacy requests: followersssbuy@gmail.com.

Information we handle

• Account and sign-in: username, email address, password hash, account settings, session information, login times, IP addresses and estimated login country. We do not store your plain-text password.
• Google sign-in: if you choose it, we receive your verified Google email address and Google account identifier to create or link an account and authenticate future sign-ins. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive or other Google account content.
• Orders and support: selected service, the public link or username you submit, quantity, status, service requests, messages and images you send to support.
• Payments: deposit and charge amounts, payment method, transaction references, balance and ledger records. Payment processors handle their own payment details under their policies.
• Technical data: information in server and security logs needed to run and protect the site, such as IP address, time, request and error information.

Why we use it

We use this information to maintain accounts, authenticate sign-ins, process and track orders, calculate balances, handle deposits and refunds, answer support requests, prevent misuse, troubleshoot the service, keep accounting records and meet applicable legal obligations. Google sign-in data is used for account access and security, not advertising.

Who receives it

Order-fulfillment providers receive the details needed to process an order, such as its service, public target and quantity. Payment providers, including PayPal or Cryptomus when available at checkout, process transactions. Hosting and email-delivery providers may process information needed to operate the site and send account messages. On sign-in, we send your login IP address to IPWHOIS.IO over HTTPS to estimate its country; the lookup may fail or be inaccurate, and does not affect sign-in. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not send your Google account identifier to order-fulfillment providers.

Cookies, security and retention

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in; the application currently gives a session a maximum lifetime of seven days. We use technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. We keep account, order, payment, support and security records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain accounting records or meet legal requirements. We have not established a single fixed deletion period for every type of record.

Your choices

Google sign-in is optional; password sign-in remains available. If your email already has an account, sign in with your password and link the matching Google account in Account settings. You can revoke access from your Google Account, but doing so does not automatically remove your FollowersssBuy account. Ask us to access, correct or delete your data at followersssbuy@gmail.com; we may verify your identity and retain records where required or otherwise justified by applicable law. Do not put passwords or private information in public order links or support messages.
